About Jade

Jade is a qualified lawyer, an undergraduate Accountant and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, providing business coaching to million and billion dollar businesses. Jade founded JadeStart in 2015 and has grown the company internationally to provide coaching for beauty businesses in eleven countries around the world.

Jade is well known to be kind, personable and easy to relate to. Jade left school in Year Ten due to the need to care for her elderly grandparents. She worked two jobs in her early twenties and started university when she was twenty-seven. Jade worked full-time, studied full-time and, at the same time, started JadeStart! Jade's clients all agree that the best thing about Jade is that she understands what it's like to start with nothing, and work hard to create something truly special.

During your business audit, you are welcome to ask Jade about any of her business and personal challenges and achievements that led her to where she is today. When Jade isn't helping her clients, you can find her at the beach in her hometown in Noosa, Queensland, Australia, playing with her toddler son, Ari.

About Aaron

Aaron is a business strategist specialising in the beauty industry. He has helped over four hundred beauty business owners get more income, more freedom and make more impact in the world. Aaron has a Masters in Business, and is the founder of two internationally recognised businesses, including sales training and eCommerce.

Aaron throws his heart into every coaching session and is known to create a lasting impact on his clients years later. Aaron is a carpenter by trade, and had to leave the building industry after severely breaking his ankle on a work site. This led him into sales and marketing inside the corporate world and then into launching his own highly-successful businesses in sales training and eCommerce, working with international businesses.

Aaron loves helping his clients win, and once doubled the revenue of an Australian beauty business within six months using his proven strategies. During your business audit, you are welcome to ask Aaron anything about the three things he loves the most; business, bulldogs and surfing! When Aaron isn't consulting and coaching beauty business owners, you can find him surfing while Jade and their son Ari play on the beach.

I live outside Australia, can I do a Strategy Session?

Yes. You can have a Strategy Session with Jade and Aaron anywhere you are in the world. When you are booking your Strategy Session, you will be shown booking times in your local time zone.

What is a Strategy Session and why do I need one?

A Strategy Session with Jade and Aaron is the first step to getting what you want in your beauty business. Jade and Aaron have a friendly chat with you, so you can find out what's holding you back from success and give you a plan to move forward fast.

How long does the Strategy Session go for?

Each Strategy Session will run for around 30 minutes on Zoom, with plenty of time for you to ask Jade and Aaron questions.

Does it matter how long I have been in my beauty business?

It does not matter how long you have been in business for. You are able to have a Strategy Session with Jade and Aaron whether you have just started your beauty business, or have been in business for many years.

Other coaches charge for Strategy Sessions. Why is this Strategy Session free?

Even though your Strategy Session is free, it is done by Jade and Aaron and will feature the knowledge, experience and energy they are known for. They do this because they truly love helping beauty business owners and believe in giving value upfront with no obligation. There are no strings attached, Jade and Aaron are known for giving away what other coaches charge for.

This session is all about you and Jade and Aaron do not talk about their programs in this session. After your Strategy Session, if Jade and Aaron think that you might be a good fit to have success in their programs, another meeting can be scheduled with you if you would like to.

What happens after I have booked my Strategy Session?

After you book, you will receive an email confirming your Strategy Session time. In this email there is a link to join the Zoom meeting at your scheduled time.

You will also be emailed two reminders. Each email will have the link to join the Zoom meeting at your scheduled time.

You can join your Strategy Session from your phone, or laptop, or desktop computer. You do not need to download any apps.

What happens after my Strategy Session is finished?

Your Strategy Session is all about you, so Jade and Aaron do not discuss their programs during your session.

After your Strategy Session, if Jade and Aaron feel that you might be a great fit to have success by working with them, another meeting can be arranged if you would like to.
