About Jade

Jade is a qualified lawyer, an undergraduate Accountant and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, providing business coaching to million and billion dollar businesses. Jade founded JadeStart in 2015 and has grown the company internationally to provide coaching for beauty businesses in eleven countries around the world.

Jade is down to earth, kind, personable and easy to relate to. Jade left school in Year Ten due to the need to care for her elderly grandparents. She worked two jobs in her early twenties and started university when she was twenty-seven. Jade worked full-time, studied full-time and, at the same time, started JadeStart! Jade's clients all agree that the best thing about Jade is that she understands what it's like to start with nothing, and work hard to create something truly special.

Beauty GrowthPad is a small group business coaching program for beauty business owners. Each intake is limited to 10 people.

The length of the program is 8 weeks, with lifetime access. This means that you get access to the program and live coaching forever, including all new content.

Jade and Aaron coach all 8 modules live to ensure you have the knowledge and support you need to apply the business growth strategies covered.
